Why here? Why Now?

I have decided to liberate my thoughts and put some pen to paper through this blog. The last two years I have had great learning experiences in B-school, as time flies I realised most of my learnings can be lost or forgotten if I don't spend time writing down my reflections. So here goes, I will focus on some of my favourite topics in b-school as you would expect - some really cool sounding subjects such as Marketing, Strategy, Finance and data mining.

My perspective of a successful career has changed in the last 3 years, a functionally strong person need not be a successful person in the real world , as in the real world we work with human beings and not knowledge. I hope to write some posts on this topic for sure, a decade ago I thought the coolest job on the planet was to write assembly code and check the output through an oscilloscope. This for sure has changed and right now product marketing or management consulting looks the coolest.

So why not here? Why not now ? .......
